MADISON, FL – When considering higher education or workforce certificates, students are faced with the challenge of paying for college. According to a recent study by Ellucian, a collegiate data-solution platform, 61% of students said the stress of funding their education negatively impacted their academic performance.
North Florida College believes money should never stand in the way of a student’s dream to pursue a career they will love.
On June 9 and 16 from 5PM-7PM, NFC will host two Open Houses at its locations:
- June 9, Perry Location on 319 North Byron Butler Parkway, Perry, Florida 32347
- June 16, Live Oak Location on 210 Ohio Avenue North, Live Oak, Florida 32064
At each Open House, NFC will waive its application fee and offer free Admissions and Financial Aid assistance.
The NFC Foundation will be available with information on how students can apply for scholarships.
All are invited to attend the Open Houses to learn about NFC’s degree and workforce programs. Attendees will also enjoy food, drinks, and NFC giveaways.

The NFC Perry Location can easily be seen on Highway 19, helping visitors readily identify the new local facility that can help begin their degree or workforce certificate.
The NFC Live Oak Location is housed in the Suwannee County historic train depot and provides a number of services for both current and potential students.
